Kasbu Pro: Every Feature Explained (Is It Worth It?)
Kasbu Pro costs $4.99 a month or $54.99 a year. Since 13 October 2026 every design option is free, so Pro is about capacity: unlimited cards and pages, 10 profiles, 30 GB, full analytics, a custom domain and no Kasbu badge.

On 13 October 2026 Kasbu made the whole Design menu free. Colors, background photos, animated effects, patterns, the 14 fonts and the 6 card materials no longer ask for Pro. This post used to list fonts and backgrounds as Pro features, so we rewrote it from the current plan limits.
What is left in Pro is mostly capacity: more cards, pages, profiles and storage, the full analytics history, a custom domain, and a page without the Kasbu badge. Here is each one, with the exact numbers.
What Kasbu Pro costs
- $4.99 a month, or $54.99 a year. The yearly plan works out to about $4.58 a month.
- 14-day free trial, if your account has not used one before. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
- Charged in US dollars. At checkout Stripe shows the equivalent in your local currency and converts it with its own rate.
- Cancel any time. Your page stays online on the free plan.
What you already get for free
Before paying for anything, this is the free plan today:
- 25 cards per profile, spread over up to 3 pages, and 2 profiles per account.
- All 36 card types. No card type is Pro, including Spotify, YouTube, maps, Calendly, products, files and the HTML card.
- The whole Design menu: 24 colors plus a custom color picker for the background, cards and text, background photos, animated effects and patterns, 14 fonts and 6 card materials (Fill, Gradient, Frost, Glass, Transparent and Frame).
- 150 MB of storage for images and files.
- A QR code and a Kasbu Card for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, from Settings.
- 5 stickers on the desktop view and 5 on the mobile view.
- Analytics: total visits and unique visitors for any range, and the full breakdown for today.
Pro feature 1: unlimited cards and pages
This is the limit people hit first. On the free plan each profile holds 25 cards in total, counted across all of its pages, and up to 3 pages. Pro removes both limits.
Pages live under your username: kasbu.bio/yourname is the main one and each extra page gets its own address, such as kasbu.bio/yourname/music or kasbu.bio/yourname/work. Each page has its own cards and layout, and all of them share your header, avatar and domain.
The median Kasbu page uses about 4 cards, so most people never get near 25. The ones who do are usually musicians with a card per release, shops with a card per product, or portfolios.
If you downgrade, nothing is deleted. Cards and pages above the free limits stay where they are. You just cannot add new ones until you are back under the limit.
Pro feature 2: 10 profiles
A profile is a separate identity with its own username, header, wallet pass, analytics and domain. Free accounts can have 2, Pro accounts 10. That covers a personal page plus a few businesses or side projects from one login. Profiles are not unlimited on purpose, because each one takes a username out of the shared namespace.
Pro feature 3: full analytics
Free accounts see total visits and unique visitors for any range, plus today in detail: visits by hour, devices, browsers and countries. The 7-day, 30-day, 90-day and all-time breakdowns appear blurred.
Pro opens every range with the same breakdown, and the live activity log shows the city of each visitor. It answers questions like which day your Instagram story actually sent people, or whether your audience is mostly on phones.
Pro feature 4: no Kasbu badge
On a free page, visitors who are not logged in see a "Follow on Kasbu" button with the Kasbu logo. On Pro the button says just "Follow", without the logo.
Pro feature 5: custom domain
Connect a domain you own, such as www.yourname.com or links.yourbrand.com, to a profile. In Settings you add the domain, then create the CNAME record Kasbu gives you at your DNS provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare and so on). Kasbu uses www because most providers do not allow a CNAME on the root domain. Add a redirect from the root to www and both addresses work.
Custom domains are served from the same edge network as kasbu.bio, so they load just as fast.
Pro feature 6: embed your grid on another site
Pro adds an Embed section in Settings that gives you an <iframe> snippet of your page. Paste it into your website, Notion page or online store and your Kasbu grid shows up there, without the Kasbu header around it.
Pro feature 7: 30 GB of storage
Every image and file you upload counts against your account's storage. Free has 150 MB, Pro has 30 GB. 30 GB is room for a press kit, PDFs and a large photo portfolio.
Smaller Pro extras
- 60 stickers per view instead of 5.
- Sound on video cards. Free video cards play muted.
- Map style and pin. Free map cards use the light style with the standard dot. Pro adds the dark and automatic styles and lets you change or hide the pin.
The old version of this post also promised early access to new features and priority support. Neither exists as a separate Pro benefit, so we removed them.

Is Kasbu Pro worth it?
Stay on Free if you have fewer than 25 cards, one or two identities, and you are fine with the "Follow on Kasbu" button. The look of your page is the same on both plans now.
Pro makes sense when one of these is true:
- You need more than 25 cards on a profile or more than 3 pages.
- You run more than 2 profiles.
- You want your own domain, or a page without the Kasbu badge.
- You want to see how traffic changes over weeks, not only today.
- You upload more than 150 MB of images and files.

Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days, once per account. You can cancel before it ends and you will not be charged.
Why is the price in US dollars?
Kasbu bills in USD. Stripe shows the equivalent in your currency at checkout, using its own exchange rate, so the final amount on your card can differ slightly from a manual conversion.
